• Skills list recommendation: Keep top 8 most-used skills visible (github, gog, weather, clawdhub, skill-creator, trade-signal, yahoo-finance, proton-bridge-email) — others on demand
Estimated impact: ~25% reduction in per-session tokens
Going forward:
• Monthly review cron: 1st of month, 2 AM — automatically checks for bloat in AGENTS.md, SOUL.md, USER.md, MEMORY.md, TOOLS.md
• Log: reports/housekeeping/token-trim-log.md tracks baseline + changes
• Target: Keep under 55k tokens per session
The system will now self-maintain lean context monthly. First review runs March 1st."
