The problem with most projects is they are zero sum games. A budget is given to a project and everybody fights for a piece. Hierarchy’s form and there are winners and losers. Sometimes all it takes to win is where you’re from or what your last name is. Flat projects diversify small groups with a wide skill set and allow them to work autonomously within a set of rules. the “budget” is balanced via performance. That’s it, just shit I was thinking about.
