Domestic Violence is the most ignored complaint to the police department,and not because they don't care, it's because they don't have the resources or people that are certified in that field to help Victims, AEGISNET and Total Recovery Foundation are teaming up to Help with the cause of 39% of all reports of domestic violence end in tragedy because no place to escape to.
