Just finished an ETA application to the UK and it's been the smoothest experience I've ever had with any of the world's government agencies Their app's slick design must have already saved thousands of hours for people who wanted to visit the UK.

they are decently paid. could earn more but not bad careers page w jobs offers are public i think some of the team engages in hacker news and comments on how the job is like they seem pretty cool

It was a crime when their agenda was reigned in by the government because the big IT consultancies objected to the loss of their big profit, low quality business.
