A NEW WAY OF REWARDING COMMUNITY Zama introduced 2 progams as a new method of community incentive -Creator Program — a monthly rewards system that pays and recognizes content creators who produce high quality work about Zama and FHE (guides, videos, threads, tutorials, community building). It’s explicitly designed as an alternative to one off airdrops; recurring, merit based payouts and seasonal rewards with OG NFTs.  -Developer Program — a hands on ecosystem program that gives devs access to grants, bounties, hackathons, engineering support, onboarding, and promotional channels to build FHE apps on Zama’s stack (Concrete, Concrete-ML, FHE tooling). It bundles funding , technical onboarding and community exposure.
