AI tools remind me of the Ray Gun in Black Ops zombies. best weapon in the game. 5–10x more effective than anything else. but 5x weapon × 0.2x player is still 1x. same tool. different outcome depending on who's holding it. this is why I think the "AI amplifies skill" argument is the right one.
