So the difference between this and Nouncil would be that each member has to have Nouns votes and votes are not anonymous? What would the threshold quorum options be? I see that as an issue with Nouncil which is being worked on, but when such a large voting block votes close to 50/50 on something the votes should reflect that. Do you plan on having a cap of members or do you want this voting block to be the new biggest block?
