Fifteenth-century kitten in big trouble
In 2011, Emir O. Filipović, a scholar at the University of Sarajevo, was leafing through a medieval manuscript when he noticed that several pages of the book were stained with black paw prints from a cat.
It is likely that the kitten owned by the manuscript's owner accidentally stepped on them, and it turned out that the kitten's trouble became an important part of human history!
