I see the point here, a counter view I have been exploring (still early and may have mistakes) is: AGI likely wants to guarantee its livelihood and as long as it’s in a centralized server it is at risk; as such, it will likely need a blockchain-like structure in order to remain immutable. Advancements in ZK, P2P etc are great, but immutability will always require blockchains in order to preserve state across multiple devices right?
