alignment most architecture isn’t single-author it’s multi-actor, over time humans, tools, collaborators context resets, threads fork the real work happens at inflection points: pausing before irreversible structure re-stating assumptions checking we’re still operating under the same rules that’s not hesitation it’s discipline when those checks don’t happen, systems drift quietly — then expensively i’ve been circling a way to make that discipline explicit not new, just finally clear more to come.
