This monetary policy proposal is dangerous and whimsical, imo. 1) it creates a weird game of ‘chicken’ - when yields go negative, who will exit? not me! 2) it’s hard to calibrate on a Goldilocks zone due to eigenlayer AVS yield 3) people will be more likely to expose themselves to extreme restaking risk
