Brian, this homage to Nurt reminded me about one of the great tales of The Firm. James Woodbury (God rest his soul) told me this when I first joined the Manifest Fulfillment department (I thank The Chairman every day for poaching me from the sinking ship that was Chromacost, different story for a different time). Nurt was so sloppy with leads and contact information that he would put them into the system UNENCRYPTED! Long story short, a certain legend we all know and love @jpgoldman.eth, was able to secure the Deal of the Year (DotY) for 2007, sales went parabolic and ESFG quadrupled.
