There is a walkntalk video movement here that might be helpful. I know not everyone is comfortable with that process, but it is a thought. Talking about and sharing this experience might help us all. We seem to have a hard time with this. Labeling humans as spam. Humans can spam, but are certainly not spam. And then there are just bot accounts. It is a complex issue we are struggling with as a species.
