South Korea has more foreign adoptions overall than any other nation. About 200,000 children have been sent abroad since the end of the Korean War, mostly to the U.S. and Europe.
Now the adoptees are returning to the country — which has the lowest birth rate globally — to hold the government accountable for what they call a corrupt and predatory adoption system.
