Btc is the foundation of crypto .I don’t see any coin surpassing it .it took it years to get to this present level that it is.The tricky thing is .when btc moves .it sometimes takes all coin along.but when it drops ..well it’s usually a serial dip .$ETH can only try .it can never be on the same level with $BTC
