When you weight 30D Pre-TGE projects from Kaito based on average yaps per user for each leaderboard this is what you get.

& @megaeth_labs lead the way.
My observation here is projects that have much ground to cover (i.e a working app that can be used or discussed, or a lot of updates within the ecosystem e.g megaETH) seem to rank much higher on average.
IMO what separates the winners from the losers:
• Incentive transparency & optimization (Infinex once again the golden example here IMO)
• Catching the eyes of high signal accounts early on in the campaign
• A good product
