It's great that everything is decentralized, as long as the rules aren't too strict and don't frustrate users. For example, if the warpcast spam algorithm determines that your content is spam for any reason and you labled as 1 , there is no right to object and no one is held accountable, which is very annoying. A lot of active and motivated users I know have been discouraged by this and have reduced their activity to a minimum. The criterion for measuring good content should be audience reception, not machine algorithms. If this issue is resolved, it seems there will be no competitor to it.
