I’ve been reading through PIP-04 with a pretty open mind, and honestly, it makes me reflect on how far the network has come. There’s a lot in this proposal that strengthens trust — the burns, the on-chain proof, the rule-based adjustments — but there are also areas where I still need clarity, especially around payout timing for providers.
