pole dancing gets really hard for me in the summer. my hands get really sweaty and i slip too much on the pole, even with grip. 🥵 so no fancy video from today’s class haha, instead here’s me doing broken doll from a couple weeks ago and my instructor helping me get out of it cuz i was spinning too fast loool. the exit ended up looking really graceful?? ahaha
