So many questions... (1) who are the investors deploying capital into a stack with 3+ distinct SAFEs? all angel syndicates? (2) what's an example of a deal with 8+ SAFEs? (3) what covenants / preferential treatment are these later SAFE holders receiving? Thankfully, the majority still have two or fewer SAFEs. The headline percentage isn't as compelling for Carta if you look at % raising with two or more SAFEs, rather than two or more.
