Surprised not to see anyone post about France aiming to vastly underperform America AGAIN by taxing citizens on worldwide income regardless of residence, but only to those relocating to areas with rates 40% below its own, a way narrower scope than America's universal approach. Weak.
Be more like Murica. Tax universally.
