I debated sharing, but if it can help even one person... I’ve worked with 500+ ppl in this space — the diversity is a strength. I’ve encountered 3 sociopaths. They require an entirely different set of skills to recognize + mitigate. Learn how to do it before it’s too late.

Interesting to know, I particularly find this useful, not entirely to deal with sociopaths, but to understand the extent of human diversity
