I did an Evolt 360 Body scan and then followed it up with a resting metabolic rate (RMR) test at a medical facility. Results:
Evolt
* RMR: 2434
* Total Energy Expenditure (TEE): 3748
Med facility:
* RMR: 2477
* TEE: 3476
Genuinely surprised by how accurate the Evolt 360 was. Probably going to do a DEXA scan to verify body composition details as well.
