My initial findings in South Africa: -Eggs in the grocery store aren’t refrigerated bc they’re not washed like in the US -Ostrich & venison meat are common grocery store items -You can’t find brewed coffee in bottles, only powdered (what’s a girl gotta do for some cold brew 🙂‍↕️)

FWIW, eggs aren't washed in most places around the world, so are kept at room temperature, rather than in the fridge. worth reading: https://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2014/09/11/336330502/why-the-u-s-chills-its-eggs-and-most-of-the-world-doesnt

Yeah, eggs aren't refrigerated in Australia either. It was wild seeing uniformly white brightened eggs in the US.
