We recently wrapped up an incredible session at a @base.base.eth Nairobi Meet-Up themed "Leveraging Base Blockchain for Scalable and Secure DApps". I spoke on the common legal pitfalls Web3 startups make and how to avoid them. One key takeaway? As Web3 startups build the future of decentralized platforms , they must navigate the legal landscape carefully. From regulatory compliance to data privacy, the challenges are real but avoidable.
