God can give ease, but then there's an ease that doesn't come from God. God can give suffering, but then there's a suffering that doesn't come from God. In my lifetime, if there's anything I fear at all, it is being caught on the wrong side of either reality. If I will suffer, let it be for God. If I'll have ease, let it come from God.
