One of my more radical beliefs is that many more classes of governance actions should be anonymous / secret ballot (eg. I've advocated for secret-ballot UN general assembly votes before) This situation is a good argument for judges' identities being hidden (!!) when they make their rulings. The function of a judge is to rule according to the facts as interpreted through their conscience, not to be "accountable" to violent mobs.

Trump has been inciting violence against judges his whole term https://www.reuters.com/investigations/these-judges-ruled-against-trump-then-their-families-came-under-attack-2025-05-02/

Boasberg and others were judges that authorized wiretapping and spying on Trump and Americans during Russiagate. Itโ€™s well documented. So the fact all these federal judges are Liberals ignoring the constitution isnโ€™t a reason the highest court rules in Trumps favor? Also, came out the FBI spied on Republicans Congress peopleโ€ฆa judge wouldโ€™ve approved that too. Violation of our rights!

Wiretapping isn't a violation as long as law enforcement obtains a warrant from a judge based on probable cause and demonstrates that other investigative methods would be unlikely to succeed or would be too dangerous.

You must be living under a rock. Their probable cause was manufactured and they abused the system and laws to obtain warrants to illegally spy on an elected president.

Also, the wiretap warrant wasn't even for Trump, it was for Carter Page.

FISA court is a secret court and Boasberg approved that but others had approved wiretaps on Trump tower, again well documented. https://worldtribune.com/who-is-adm-mike-rogers-unsung-hero-alerted-president-trump-to-illegal-spying/

Adm Rogers is a patriot. He pushed back against the Obama order to frame and subvert Trump. His visit to TT makes sense now.

He is a patriot, that's an opinion. Anyone can be a "patriot". Just because an article is from 2017 doesn't make it not true. Here's a bazillion sources for you. It includes House and Senate reports etc. Go to town. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_Tower_wiretapping_allegations
