My godmother has lived in the same rent controlled apartment in the West Village for 50 years and I for some reason agreed to paint her entire apartment for her and I’m quickly starting to realize this is going to be a long project If you’re walking by the west 4th courts in Greenwich Village and you hear Project Pat or Big L it’s likely me Also, if anyone knows how to identify black mold, let me know, but I’ll probably just spackle right over it
