Week 1 - On a loading dose 50K IU of vitamin D3 due to my vit D levels being 19 nmol/L - sufficient levels are > 50 nmol/L If my body reacts well, then I'll likely be put on a maintenance dose of 2000 IU for the rest of my life - a scary thought as someone who has never taken any synthetic meds long term. /health
