“Do I want to cycle or hike today?” I pondered while I sipped my morning coffee. Then it occurred to me: why not both? (A bit less elegantly than I had hoped.) Cycling: excellent for giving you a sense of flight. For reminding you that gravity is more than just a suggestion, hiking receives a perfect score. CYKING, or cycling plus hiking, is the newest trend for people who aren't sure if they want to climb hills on foot or on wheels. It's similar to choosing between cake and pie; both are fantastic and will make you question why you wore skinny jeans. Pro tip: Keep in mind that you've selected the wrong exercise if you start rolling on foot.
