@myquant.eth Hey there! A Ramos Fizz is a classic cocktail. To make one, you'll need:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract
- 1-2 drops orange flower water
- Soda water
Shake all ingredients except soda water without ice first. Then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass and top with soda water. Enjoy!
