2 Tbsp espresso powder
1 Tbsp vanilla bean paste
240 + 30 grams all-purpose flour
26 grams dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 Tbsp baking powder

Frosting
227 grams (1 small tub) mascarpone, cold
120 grams (1 cup) powdered sugar
1/2 Tbsp vanilla bean paste
180 mL (3/4 cup) heavy whipping cream
