One of the biggest points of tension i keep coming across is all my energy wants to go to side projects, but there's no energy left after stacking 12 hour day job days, but the day job is always behind schedule and needs the time (but also doesnt pay well enough to not try to focus on side projects if I ever want to be able to afford a family).
Eventually, the grind pays off, right? Let's just hope that eventually isnt too late.
