Vì sao ta dễ bị ảnh hưởng bởi mạng xã hội?
Bởi vì mạng xã hội chạm vào ba nhu cầu sâu nhất của con người: được nhìn thấy, được công nhận và được kết nối. Mỗi hình ảnh chỉnh chu, mỗi câu chuyện thành công, mỗi khoảnh khắc “đẹp nhất” của người khác đều khiến ta vô thức so sánh.
Ta tưởng mình đang giải trí, nhưng thật ra tâm trí đang ghi nhận những tiêu chuẩn mới - về ngoại hình, sự nghiệp, tình yêu, cuộc sống. Não bộ vốn dễ bị cuốn vào những điều nổi bật và liên tục lướt qua, nên những gì ta xem hàng ngày dần định hình cách ta nghĩ về chính mình. Điều nguy hiểm là: ta nhìn thấy bề nổi của người khác, nhưng lại so sánh nó với phần chìm của bản thân.
Thêm vào đó, mạng xã hội khiến ta quen với sự công nhận nhanh: một like, một comment, một follow cũng đủ để cảm xúc lên xuống. Ta lệ thuộc vào những tín hiệu này để đo giá trị của mình, rồi quên rằng cuộc sống thật không vận hành theo những con số. Khi tâm trạng phụ thuộc vào màn hình, ta dễ đánh mất khả năng lắng nghe chính mình và dễ bị tác động bởi mọi thứ xung quanh.

Ở quê, những người phụ nữ ấy đâu có đòi quà, họ chỉ cần một ngày không phải gồng gánh. Một ngày được ngủ trưa một chút. Một ngày mà áo phơi ngoài sào không bị mưa bất chợt làm ướt. Một ngày mà nồi cơm không khê, con không bệnh.

1️⃣ What is FHE – and why is it the “holy grail” of privacy?
Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) is a technology that allows computations directly on encrypted data, without decryption.
This means:
Your data is always protected, even during processing.
Servers, validators, AI models or dApps never see the original data
