The approach we’d like is 100% building. But that loses to someone who is doing 50% writing and 50% fighting. They’ll write about how evil you are and then use the law to fight you. Example: Tornado Cash. So we need ~70% build, 20% write, 10% fight. A defense department. Still, good to have a forum for builders!
