After many tests, the biggest problem is the time of the rice cooker. It takes about 30-33 minutes. Don't be afraid of undercooking. When the time is up, turn off the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Attached is my recipe, which is a low-sugar and low-oil version. Super smooth and dense. For adults, you can add about 50g of sugar. 6 eggs, 190 ml of milk, 150g of flour, 55g of corn oil, and 35g of sugar.
