• Kind Lie → short-term comfort, long-term decay. Feedback corrupts, entropy compounds.
It applies to markets, companies, relationships, civilizations.
Every system must choose between acute pain and chronic collapse. There’s no third option.
Truth burns locally.
Lies rot systemically.
Keep truth in the system.
