France is seeing its first major pro-crypto bill presented in Parliament today, led by the Republican Party (UDR).
The proposal includes:
• Creating a national Bitcoin reserve (2% of total supply)
• Allowing tax-free payments in euro stablecoins up to €200/day
• Giving energy incentives for Bitcoin mining
It won’t pass this time — the party is too small — but it’s a clear signal of what’s coming.
Within this decade, national Bitcoin reserve will become the global standard.
Countries that move first will be the most prosperous.
