One was a friend I went to university with who dubbed me with the title of getting him into crypto after I mentioned it to him in 2013. He introduced me to his friend thereafter.
Our like-minded chemistry allowed us to put egos aside (they were never really there) and problem solve like beasts. Our drive was immense!

Define your target market BEFORE building. I've seen a ton of teams go out there and build "solutions" to problems they think exist without identifying who actually HAS that problem
Conversations that start with asking people about what pains them opens up loads of new ideas and angles to build for
Market. Research.
