If I head to Devconnect or ETHGlobal in Istanbul it will be my 4th time in the city. I love it there. The culture, food, history, sightlines, warmth & hospitality. Man, I think Istanbul is my favourite city in the world. Make sure to clothe yourself for cheap. Pants, shirts all so stylish :D

One was a friend I went to university with who dubbed me with the title of getting him into crypto after I mentioned it to him in 2013. He introduced me to his friend thereafter. Our like-minded chemistry allowed us to put egos aside (they were never really there) and problem solve like beasts. Our drive was immense!

An addressable market with a need for your solution. Too many businesses start building without a clear ICP and get caught up in what they “think” they want built. Get out there and start asking people about their problems! Really helps to define your priorities

Define your target market BEFORE building. I've seen a ton of teams go out there and build "solutions" to problems they think exist without identifying who actually HAS that problem Conversations that start with asking people about what pains them opens up loads of new ideas and angles to build for Market. Research.
