CLANKER IS BACK ON ITS FEET The day before yesterday, Farcaster (led by @dwr) officially announced that it had bought Clanker and made important updates — in particular, it burned all tokens from the treasury and announced buybacks from commissions: ⅔ of revenues now go to buying back $CLANKER After the announcement, $CLANKER rose from $30 to $120 in two days — the growth was caused by the realization of the scale of future buybacks, which we will now discuss Commissions, buybacks, growth, wealth — With the growth of $CLANKER, the entire ecosystem came to life: on the first day, Clanker earned $100k (of which $66k went to buybacks), and then large volumes began, resulting in higher commissions — $700k yesterday and $535k today. In total, over two days, $1.2 million in revenue was generated, of which $800k will go towards buybacks, which will redeem 0.8% of the supply and cause a strong revaluation of the token. — Obviously, such volumes will not always be available, so I will try to calculate how much will go to buybacks each week based on real numbers. — Usually, Clanker earned $200k in commissions per day before the Farcaster buyback announcement, which means that in a week, the following will be received: • 200k * 7 = $1.4 million → $933k for buybacks — In a week, the team will buy back about 1% of the supply, and in a year — 55%, which is already impressive. They are an important part of the entire Farcaster ecosystem, OPSYS (by @fffflood) as the main “design enterprise” for the entire Farcaster, and BETR (by @toadyhawk.eth) as one of the main gaming projects of the ecosystem I will be posting about them and explaining in detail why these projects are so cool and why they are worth your attention
