Starting to understand why my dad is 88 yrs old & in good health.

He never stopped working in the yard & around the house. 

Over last few weeks, I've racked up workouts in the yard & garage and got the satisfaction finishing a project, great strength/cardio, vitamin D in the sun, "touched grass" & 1.5 hrs flew by. 

Using just a manual hand saw, I burned 951 calories and maintained 156 BPM heart rate for 92 minutes and had the satisfaction of taking care of something I've put off for a couple of years - getting rid of a big nasty bush that wasn't adding value to our yard.
