Nice. Some big upfront expense there, but the potential payoff is huge. My Dad's family in Oklahoma are all farmers and their land like many there has oil under it. They often have to guard the wells that oil companies put on their land to make sure that the companies don't steal the oil in the middle of the night to bypass paying them their cut. No idea what the geothermal potential is in places like that, but would be cool to see ranchers and farmers able to take part in something like this and earn revenue to offset the constant struggle for survival as an independent farmer.
