I haven't slept more than 3 hours per night for the last week.
Twice in my tech career all the pieces came together perfectly and I felt so over the top hyped that I could not stop building.
The 1st was in 1997-98 when I built the first web-based SaaS because the tech and the vision suddenly converged.šŖ
The other is right now.
For 3 yrs I've had a powerful vision of what decentralized AI through Kilroy could be and what it could do for the world. Our demos have amazed people & most wanted to give us money, but I kept holding off on launching and I didn't know why.
Now I do:
1. I had one absolutely critical component to the agentic model that hadn't hit me yet. Last week it suddenly exploded in front of me and it came from an experience my mother had 36 years ago.
2. The tech wasn't ready yet. Just like in 1995-97, it had not caught up with my vision. The culmination of 1000s of brilliant people in AI busting their asses to evolve the tech is giving me exactly what I needed, now.
