No token needed, here is my simple checklist to make a good game (may or may not work) - have absolute minimum friction to start playing. No sign up if not necessary, don’t ask for email, no connect wallet etc, just toss your user right into the game - need very interesting and engaging gameplay footage. This is so you can make a good trailer and grab attention on X. If your game looks bad at first glance it’s over before it ever began - think of the absolute minimum core game loop possible that is FUN. The bare MVP. As lean as it gets
