When you see 'spiritual' without any context, it might be hard to tell if it's referring to 'deep feelings and beliefs' or rather something that would be better described as 'airy nonsense'...

The core issue is that it's just a legal infringement that PiS failed to solve for years, and it's rather clear why. You're not framing it in an honest way.

And, you know, it's not like Iceland or Lithuania lost their sovereignty to Poland just because PWPW produces some documents for them...

I think the EU is generally poorly understood, and while it's fun to shit on it sometimes, it won't be that fun when it gets disintegrated. And that's possible mostly because there are people who just won't stop to reflect who crafted the narrative they're happily spreading.

“In the post-Soviet period, increasing attention has been paid to so-called Neo-Eurasianism, whose best-known exponent in Russia and abroad was, and remains, Alexander Dugin. His book The Foundations of Geopolitics (1997) achieved the status of a standard work – despite (or maybe because of) the sometimes bizarre geopolitical fantasies presented there – and was used as a textbook in Russian universities and military academies. Dugin imagined a ‘new Eurasian empire’ or a ‘great Russian empire’ that would become a ‘super superstate’ and according to geopolitical logic, he argued, should ‘strategically and spatially surpass the previous variant (the USSR)’. In Dugin’s view, this new Eurasian empire is to be global in perspective. ‘The Russians’ battle for world domination is not yet over’, he wrote.”

Also, from what I understand, the issue was that not only the state documents were exempt from public procurement rules (which would've been fine) but also other types of documents were excluded. And that might lead to PWPW having unfair advantage over other companies (it also competes in other EU countries).
