Genuinely wondering why we are still being forced to have all our data hanging around on all these unsafe platforms? The countless of times that we have to do yet another KYC and leave even more sensitive personal info at places just to be eligible or participate in something is spiraling out of control. There's people being robbed left and right, at fucking gunpoint and we're not doing ANYTHING about it. We all take so much care in hiding our identities on X but the moment you sign up for some of these websites and leave your most sensitive data is the moment you most definitely stop being anon. We have the tech built out already so maybe it's time we actually start using it. What's stopping us from integrating this tech right now? Doesn't something like Quilibrium, Nillion or maybe even Nockchain literally solve all of this? There's actual good tech being built but instead all our focus goes out recycle the same ecosystems over and over again, on the next L1 or L2. Which is fun and all, till someone shows up at your doorstep. Normalizing personal security and privacy should be the main priority over anything else atm. Seems like crypto completely lost the plot and there needs to be so much more attention to our safety. What teams are working on integrating useful tech for more privacy? We need to do better as an industry, as CT. Show that we actually believe for once. We could make things better, as soon as tomorrow if we wanted to for: Airdrops, ICO style sales or even exchange accounts and enable full anonymity, privacy and compliancy. We take pride in self-custody over our assets but what about our personal data?
