Last weekend i had the worst accommodation booking experience ever. I didn't believe it's possible in 2026 to encounter such a poor understanding of what client oriented business is. I'm still fighting for my money that they took. I refused to stay in their apartment due to complete dismissal of cleaning standards, and i had to put the aggregator platform (Yandex) into the loop to help me with the refund. It's a long story, and i'm 100% sure i will get my money back, but apparently ima need to go to the police
