Remember me saying this 2 years ago? What happened since then. Degen brought farmers to the platform. Farmers extracted everything, including people's engagement. That looked like a win (DAU up, all metrics up), but it was the beginning of the end Farmers became the majority, but not all farmers are equal. A handful of "big" accounts (aka ciniz, zinger, fry etc) extracted the most, and this created a lot of frustration for those who were here really to create, not to extract. But eventually even the creators turned into exctactors The content that farmers created was only to maximize their farms. Without the degen incentives in the first place that content would never be created Miniapps created around degen were only to get more tips, other than that they are useless. Almost everything that people made around degen (they proudly called it "building") is now useless Eventually the hype faded out, and the farmers no longer here, and now, those fuckers are sayin farcaster is ded. Fuck them! Fuck degen!
