In the case of this project today it had zero sales and one purchase, at the time of making the purchase of 39.7k of liquidity in capitalization it went to 33 without sales. This makes it look like a rugpull

Can you explain to me what it is due to. From the view of an external this looks like a rugpull but if they check the transactions it should be going up.
