Taxonomies are less flexible (cf. the old Yahoo! directory) but also provide useful context. I assumed “SF” was science fiction, for ex., because I don’t live in the US and the acronym is less meaningful to me than the literary genre. But cities/SF (or better yet, cities/sanfrancisco) provides unambiguous context
